LaGrange Mayor Marshall, LaGrange community members, Goshen Economic Development Staff, and Goshen Economic Development Board Members cut the ribbon on the Longhorn Lane Bike and Walking Path.

Torrington, WY — Goshen Economic Development hosted a ribbon cutting to commemorate the completion of the Longhorn Lane Bike and Walking Path. Mayor Marshall cut the ribbon on the first part of phase two that utilized quarter penny sales tax funding and WYDOT TAP Grant funds to continue the walking path in the town of LaGrange. The Progress Program, funded by the quarter penny sales tax, reinvests back into the municipalities, businesses and non-profits throughout Goshen County.

Following the ribbon cutting, the community gathered at the town park for a barbeque. Goshen Economic Development staff and board members served burgers and hotdogs while they answered questions about the upcoming continuation of the quarter penny sales tax.
