I am personally inviting you to attend the Business Growth and Innovation Training class at Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne on June 12 and 13, 2018. This 1 ½ day class is sponsored by LCCC Outreach and Workforce Development and is underwritten by the Cheyenne and Laramie County Economic Development Joint Powers Board.
The attached flyer gives you more information on the class, what will be covered, the instructors, and phone numbers for registration. If you prefer you can register online at:
The cost of the class is $150 per person or $130 per person for 5 or more people from one organization.
This event is for executives, managers, supervisors and other key employees and is designed to help in doing strategic things-the what and the why-which will make your organization more successful.
Innovation Engineering (IE®) is the heart of this training. It was developed at the Eureka Ranch, one of the leading Innovation companies in the world, and has been used successfully by companies, not for profits and governmental organizations of all sizes.
IE is a management system using the discipline of engineering to increase innovation speed and reduce cost and risk. It is not about traditional engineering, but it is about creating ideas and turning them into something real. Further, we define innovation as something that is "Meaningfully Unique." It may be a completely new product or service, or it may be a new way to improve a current process or system.
Because of the individual support and training that Certified Innovation Black Belts will provide, we have to limit the number of attendees. Therefore I urge you to register now before the class fills up. It would benefit your organization to send at least five people to this training so they can work on things of particular value to your organization.
I hope you will be able to join us at LCCC for this training. Please let me know if you have any questions.
