It is equipped with commercial kitchen equipment, including, but not limited to: range/ovens, commercial mixer, walk-in cooler, freezer, convection oven, steam kettle, bottle filler, stainless steel tables, dishwasher, food dehydrator, vacuum sealer, canning kettle and accessories, baking equipment, vegetable cutters, thermometers, stainless steel bowls/spoons/strainers, blender/food processor, stainless steel pots, label maker, ice machine.
While the fairgrounds has the space for production and food storage, the Goshen Enterprise Center offers these entrepreneurs access to training, capital and technical assistance – three essential ingredients to the success and growth of any start-up or existing businesses.
