Wyoming Entrepreneur offers free business consulting in the areas of selling to government, business plans, marketing plans, financial health checkup, business valuation, eCommerce, succession planning, international trade, tourism marketing, market research, business ethics, social media, QuickBooks, and others.


The Wyoming First Program assists companies located in the state with the identification and promotion of their Wyoming made products or substantially enhanced products and services. Wyoming First is managed by the Business and Industry Division of the Wyoming Business Council.

The Wyoming Business Council Agribusiness Division assists farmers, ranchers and agribusinesses with marketing, business development assistance and training programs.


Wyoming Women’s Business Center, with an emphasis on small business development, was created as an alternative to low paying jobs available to Wyoming’s most marginalized people, women, people of color, people with low incomes and people with disabilities. The WWBC provides business planning and counseling services, networking and training opportunities, access to capital, and specializes in working with artists to develop training in business and marketing practices.


Manufacturing-Works helps businesses to achieve ultimate performance potential through developing and enhancing human resources, streamlining production processes for greater efficiency, and getting products to market.


Goshen County Chamber of Commerce serves as an information and visitors center, making business referrals. The Chamber maintains a community calendar, promotes events, provides relocation assistance, displays business cards and brochures, and offers networking opportunities.
